Get Involved

Trinity Cathedral has a whole range of opportunities- serving people in our household and taking the good news of Jesus Christ out into the world through deeds-based evangelism.

Here are just a few examples . . .

GUILDS

The medieval Cathedral Guild was a group in which specific types of ministry could be explored and exercised through apprenticeship: a craft or skill passed on from one Guild member to another. At the center of all the Guilds is worship - everything we attempt to do for God must come out of our Eucharistic life. A resurgence of this tradition began at Trinity Cathedral with the formation of the following Guilds:

Worship (Altar Guild, Lectors, Chalice Bearers, Acolytes, Vergers, Crucifers),Hospitality (Ushers, Greeters, Culinary Guild, Docents),Arts (Arts volunteers, Cathedral Shoppe volunteers, Cathedral Musicians),Building & Grounds (Facilities, Gardening, History),Pastoral Care (Prayer Chain, Samaritan Guild, Lay Eucharistic Ministers)
