Phoenix Day Volunteer Opportunities
Phoenix Day was established in 1915 by the Junior Guild of Trinity Cathedral to fulfill the child care needs of mothers who entered the workforce to support the World War I efforts.
Today, Phoenix Day supports working families in south central Phoenix by providing affordable early education childcare and ensuring healthy child development.
Phoenix Day needs help with: classroom activites (reading, help with naps and lunch), landscpaing, office work and people who can help to provide breathing treatments to children.
Contact Ann Polunsky at (602) 252-4911 ext. 102. Visit their website at www.phoenixday.org. Phoenix Day is located near Central Ave and Buckeye Rd in Phoenix.
